FAQ

SpecBeacon FAQ

What does SpecBeacon do?

SpecBeacon lets you compare official PC performance rows for a game, then read an optimization score built from that coverage.

Is SpecBeacon Score a review aggregate?

No. SpecBeacon Score is an official-row optimization score. It reflects how widely and cleanly a game scales across approved rows, not critic reviews or player sentiment.

Why can a game page change over time?

Game pages are updated when official rows, requirements, source links, or cover assets are corrected, added, or removed.

Does the site guarantee a specific FPS result?

No. The site summarizes approved official rows and optimization coverage. It does not guarantee that every PC with a matching GPU label will behave identically.

How are ads handled?

If ads are enabled, they will be treated as a business layer only. Ads will not change source selection, benchmark interpretation, or game-page recommendations.

How can I request a correction?

Use the contact page email to report a factual correction, source issue, or broken asset. Pages may be updated after review.
